HealyJersey operates as a B2B football jersey manufacturer and custom apparel supplier. All products are made-to-order based on client-approved designs, logos, names, or specifications. Due to the customized nature of our production, this policy outlines clear guidelines for quality-related claims and order corrections.

1. No Returns or Refunds on Approved Custom Orders

All custom orders require design approval via digital mockup or physical sample before production begins. Once approved and production has started:
• No cancellations are permitted.
• No returns or refunds will be accepted for reasons including but not limited to: change of mind, sizing errors (if buyer-provided), color preference, or design regret.

2. Quality Defects or Production Errors

If you receive items with verifiable manufacturing defects (e.g., misprinted logos, wrong fabric, stitching failure, incorrect team name/number due to our error):

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected]
• Provide order number, clear photos/videos, and description of the issue
• Do not discard items until instructed

We will investigate and, if confirmed as our error, offer:

• Free remake of defective items
• Partial refund proportional to the affected quantity
• Store credit for future orders

3. Sample & Pre-Production Confirmation

We strongly recommend ordering a physical sample (at cost) for critical orders. Bulk production proceeds only after your written approval. HealyJersey is not liable for discrepancies that could have been caught during sample review.

4. Dropshipping & Reseller Partners

End-customer complaints must be escalated by you (the reseller). We do not accept direct claims from end buyers. All quality claims must follow the above process.

5. Shipping & Import Costs

• Return shipping for quality claims: covered by HealyJersey
• All other returns: not accepted
• Import duties, taxes, or customs delays are the responsibility of the buyer.
