By accessing the HealyJersey website or placing an order for custom football jerseys, you (“Buyer”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all B2B transactions between HealyJersey (“Supplier”) and professional clients including clubs, academies, retailers, and brands.

1. Custom Product Nature

All products are made-to-order based on Buyer-provided specifications, logos, names, or approved mockups. Items are non-stock, non-returnable, and produced exclusively for your order.

2. Order Acceptance & Approval

• Orders require written approval of digital mockups before production begins.
• HealyJersey reserves the right to refuse any order that violates applicable laws or contains offensive content.
• Production timelines begin only after final design confirmation.

3. Pricing & Payment

• Prices are quoted per order based on design complexity, quantity, and materials.
• Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
• Payment is required to initiate production. Accepted methods will be confirmed during order setup.
• Buyer warrants they have full rights to use any logos, names, or designs submitted.

4. Production & Delivery

• Standard production time: 12–15 business days after approval.
• Shipping times are estimates and begin after production completion.
• Delays due to customs, carrier issues, or force majeure events are not the Supplier’s responsibility.

5. Returns & Quality Claims

• Custom orders are not eligible for return or cancellation once production has started.
• Claims for manufacturing defects must be reported within 7 days of delivery with supporting evidence.
• Approved claims will be resolved via remake, partial refund, or credit — at HealyJersey’s discretion.

6. Intellectual Property

• All original designs, website content, and templates created by HealyJersey remain our property.
• Client-submitted artwork, logos, or team names remain the client’s responsibility and liability.
• HealyJersey does not assume liability for trademark or copyright infringement arising from client-provided content.

7. Limitation of Liability

HealyJersey’s total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount paid by the Buyer for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or brand damage.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

9. Amendments

We may update these Terms at any time. The revised version will be posted here with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
